Cue Roll 3.0.0.0 update


Hello hello hello! Been a while, has it not?

As some of you know, I have announced me working on a new Cue Roll update a few weeks ago, I have not published it as a devlog as it mostly concerns where I have been besides the update announcement, but now that I have worked on it for a while I believe I have some things to show off! Though if you still want to read about where I have been (also see Q in a sweater fitting her situation) you can read about it here.

SO. What's new?

Well, I will save you the technical details, but for short, the game has been completely rewritten from the ground up using Godot 4. Not only the project is so much easier to work with because of this, it also allows room for some brand new juicy fresh content. And also the complete redesign of the games main menu and the further polish of the main game scene itself. No new content has been added for now, but from the images I have provided I believe you can guess what I have in store. I do want to take my time with this to release this last update in the best state I possibly can so I cant promise on a release date, but do be on the lookout for Cue Rolls birthday. (no promises)

With that being said, I will be joining GMTK again! I don't want Cue Roll to be my only game of course, although I do hold it dear to my heart, so do be on the lookout for my submission!

With that being said, I shall return to working on the pause screen as that's next before the new content besides a billion other smaller things.
