Post jam update is cancelled, rip
Hey hey people! This is a small announcement announcing, well, the title.
For short, the code I wrote for the map is so terrible I cannot make it work without rewriting the whole thing, and I really don't want to do that for a supposed small update that I initially planned. I planned on adding 2 new rare NPCs, fixing door layering issues and more specifically a bunch of map improvements, but as it stands, as I have mentioned, it would require for the way the rooms are stored to be completely rewritten, as the map was a debugging tool turned a real feature. I could add the rest independently yes, but I don't think it there is enough content to be a proper, actual post jam update.
I might get around to it in the future, I really wanted to put the game on android for example, but its too much work and I want to work on other things before then. Maybe in the future I'll revisit Rooms and get around to giving it the Cue Roll treatment, who knows.
Regardless of that though, the game is fully functional! All these are minor things that I wanted to fix after the jam and none affect the gameplay really, and it would be exactly the same as it was before, just with some things patched up.
